Thank you for sharing your singing  journey with me!  This document outlines the studio policies, please keep a copy for your reference.

The Studio Membership begins when the customer registers and completes the first payment. By enrolling, the customer agrees to these studio policies.
 

The membership includes an initial 3-month commitment. After this period, the membership continues on a monthly rolling basis until cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.

 

 

MONTHLY SYSTEM

The Studio Membership is built around a simple rhythm-based structure:

You choose how often you attend lessons 1, 2 or 3 x per month. 

All memberships include access to:

• The Growing Voice practice library

• Group class lessons (4 × per year)

Some membership options also include optional personal practice support between lessons.

With personal support: (+ library & group class lessons)
 

1 x 55 min/ mo 110 €/mo
2 x 40 min /mo  160 €/mo, 

2 x 55 min/mo 190 €/mo, 

 

Only library + group class lessons:
 

2 x 40 min/mo  130 €/mo

2 x 55 min/mo 160 €/mo

3 x 40 min /mo 190 €/mo

 

DUO LESSONS (incl. practice library + group classes)
 

2 × 55 min / month = €100 / month per participant
3 × 55 min / month = €140 / month per participant

 

LESSON SCHEDULING

Lessons are scheduled either:

• at a fixed recurring time each month, or

• flexibly month-to-month (depending on agreement and availability)

Lesson frequency is agreed at the start of the membership.

After the initial 3-month commitment, changes to lesson frequency can be made with 30 days’ notice and will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

The new option is then continued for a minimum of 3 months.

The studio follows an academic-year rhythm (August–May). June and July are a planned break period during which lessons and billing are paused.
 

PAYMENT

Payments are processed automatically via Stripe (card payment).
The first payment sets the billing cycle, and future payments are charged automatically each month.

If a payment fails, lesson access may be paused until payment is completed.

Alternative payment methods:

• ePassi / Edenred (partial or full payment possible)

• Invoice (3-month periods, +5 € invoicing fee upon agreement)

All payments cover reserved lesson time and studio capacity.
All payments are final, and no refunds are issued for unused lessons or missed attendance.
 

THE GROWING VOICE - LIBRARY

Access to The Growing Voice practice library is included in the studio membership and is active only while the membership is active. Access ends when the membership is paused or cancelled.
 

RESCHEDULING LESSONS 

In case of absence, lessons must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice may be rescheduled within availability (self re-scheduling by Acuity or by sending a message to Heta)

• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) are not eligible for rescheduling or refund (regardless of the reason for cancellation)

• It is the student’s responsibility to reschedule cancelled lessons

If the teacher cancels a lesson, a make-up lesson will be offered.
 

DUO LESSONS – CANCELLATIONS

In duo lessons, both participants share one lesson booking.

If one participant is unable to attend, the lesson can be rescheduled only if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance and a suitable new time can be found.

If the lesson is held with only one participant present (with the other for example being sick the same day), the lesson will still be charged for both participants as normal.

DISCONTINUING THE STDIO MEMBERSHIP

After the initial 3-month commitment period, the membership may be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ written notice.

During the notice period:

• lessons continue as scheduled

• Studio access remains active

• library access remains active

The membership ends at the conclusion of the notice period.

Example:
If the next payment is set for 15.3. and notice is given by 15.2., the final billing is on 15.2. and access continues until 14.3. with no further payments. If notice is given after 15.2., billing continues on 15.3. and access ends on 14.4.

PAUSING, RETURNING & CHANGES IN THE MEMBERSHIP

If a student cancels and later returns, a new 3-month commitment period applies.

In cases of illness or major life circumstances, the membership may be paused or cancelled upon request.

Lesson frequency can be adjusted after the initial 3 months with 30 days’ notice.

 

TEACHER CHANGES OR TERMINATION

The teacher reserves the right to end the membership in exceptional circumstances where continuation is not possible. Any unused paid lessons will be handled fairly.
 

Agreement

By enrolling in the Studio Membership, the student confirms that they have read and agreed to these policies and accepts responsibility for all payments related to their membership.
