Monthly Group Call: Held (usually) on the second Wednesday of each month: a shared session for everyone in the studio: singing together + a chance to get help with whatever's on your mind about your voice or singing. Included in both lesson packages and library membership.
Group Class lesson: held 4 times a year, a low-pressure opportunity to meet fellow singers and practice performing. Included in lesson packages.
Vocal Lab Workshops: stand-alone deep dives into different areas of singing. €25 per session.

Schedules:
Semester & breaks
Lessons follow your own regular weekly rhythm (e.g. the 1st and 3rd week of the month). Holiday periods (e.g. the turn of the year) sometimes shift this rhythm slightly. In those cases, we'll check the exact dates together.

Monthly lesson billing will be paused for the summer break. More info closer to summer 2027! :)
Rescheduling / cancelling a lesson
You can reschedule your lesson yourself through the Acuity Scheduling system. The easiest way is directly through your booking confirmation email, or alternatively by creating your own account.
You can also always send Heta a message (WhatsApp/text/email). This also counts as a cancellation. Afterward, you can book a replacement time yourself using the links below, or arrange it together at your next lesson.
Option 1: Through your confirmation email

Find the booking confirmation for the lesson you'd like to reschedule

Click "Reschedule or cancel appointment" at the bottom of the email.

Choose a new time directly on the booking page if one works right away. If not, cancel the lesson and book a new time later using the links below.

Complete the booking — you'll receive a new confirmation by email.

The booking calendar is open about 4–6 weeks ahead. If the lesson you need to reschedule is further out (e.g. you're traveling), just message Heta and we'll find a replacement time together!

Click the lesson you'd like to reschedule and choose "reschedule" (or "cancel").

Choose a new time and confirm.
According to the cancellation policy, a lesson can 't be cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before it starts. This is also why the system won't let you make the change yourself at that point. If you do need to cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, please still send Heta a message about it! :)
