The purpose of collecting personal data is only to keep register of the clients who enroll for singing lessons, and consists of the name, phone number, email adress, and info about the booked and bought lessons of the customer. The data is used for

  • Lesson booking

  • Invoicing

  • Communicating with the client

  • Informing about available lessons

  • Lesson Planning


    The data is collected from the client while

  • making a reservation

  • email

  • by phone

  • through social media

  • at the lesson


The data is stored in a devices / databases secured with passwords, and kept for as long as necessary for the client relationship, and will be deleted when the student stops taking the lessons.

 

The data may be stored also at third party services like wix.com (website), AcuityScheduling.com (lesson booking) or OP-kevytyrittäjä -service (invoicing).

Your personal data will not be transferred to any third party, unless otherwise required by law or authorized by you.
Regarding your data, you have the right to:



• Obtain access to the personal data held about you in my files files (right of access)


• Ask for your personal data to be corrected (right of rectification)


• Request the restriction of the processing of your personal data (right to restriction of processing)


• Have your personal data deleted (right to erasure)


• Limit the processing of your personal data under permitted circumstances (right to limitation of processing)


• Receive in a machine-readable format your personal data and any other data obtained during your relationship with Heta Nykänen.
