Instructions on rescheduling lessons in Acuity Scheduling - software.

SCHEDULING: RESCHEDULING LESSONS

You can reschedule your singing lesson via the Acuity Scheduling system either through the booking confirmation link in the email you received or by creating your own account.


Option 1: Reschedule through the booking confirmation email


  1. Open the booking confirmation: Find the confirmation email for the lesson you want to reschedule. At the bottom of the confirmation, click the button labeled "Change or cancel appointment."


  2. Go to the booking page: This will take you to the booking page, where you can either cancel or reschedule your lesson. Whenever possible, please reschedule to a new time immediately. (If you can't find a suitable time and want to cancel, please cancel the lesson and message Heta to arrange a new time or check back later to find a new time slot:

  3. Select a new time: Find a new suitable time in the calendar and complete the booking.


  4. Receive a new confirmation: You’ll receive a new booking confirmation email with the updated details.


Option 2: Create your own account to manage your lessons


  1. Create an Acuity Scheduling account: If you wish, you can register your own account on the Acuity Scheduling page. This makes it easier to manage your bookings. https://lessonbookings.as.me/register


  2. Log in: Once you’ve created an account, log in to the Acuity Scheduling system from the top right corner of the booking page.


  3. Reschedule the lesson: Click on the lesson you want to reschedule. Options to cancel or reschedule the lesson will appear below.


  4. Choose a new time and confirm: Select a suitable new time and confirm the change. You’ll receive an email confirmation with the updated time.
