SCHEDULING: CREATING AN ACCOUNT

Create an account in the Acuity Scheduling software to view your up-to-date lesson bookings as follows:

Method 1:

* Find any previous lesson booking confirmation email in your inbox and click “Cancel or reschedule” at the bottom of the email.

* This will bring you to the booking page where you’ll see the option “Luo tili / Register for an account.” Follow the instructions.

Method 2:

* Go to https://lessonbookings.as.me/register

* Follow the instructions on the screen. To create an account, you must make one booking yourself by selecting any available time in the calendar. This is a mock appointment, not a booking for an actual lesson.

* Once you've made this mock lesson booking, the confirmation page will show the option “Luo tili / Register for an account.” Follow the instructions.


Now you can sign in to your account from the top right corner of the booking page. You can access the page by


a) clicking “Cancel or reschedule” from any lesson confirmation email.

b) going to hetanykanen.com/varaatunti


Once logged in, Acuity Scheduling will display all your upcoming singing lesson bookings saved in the system. It may take a moment for previous bookings to appear after creating a new account. When rescheduling lessons on your own, please do so while logged in! :)
