CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking a lesson, you agree to this cancellation policy:

You can cancel or reschedule a booked lesson 24 h before the anticipated lesson time. With cancellations after that, the lesson will be considered given and charged 100%. It is, however, possible to transfer this lesson to a friend or a relative, at the originally booked time.

If the customer doesn't appear to the lesson without notice, the lesson will be charged 100 % and considered given.

Any cancellations made by the teacher (illness, holiday-times) will be always made up. Also the duration time of the packages extends accordingly.
